Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, albeit spacious and clean, needed better cleaning as I found hairs on the ottoman and lint on the carpet. The service was friendly and quick, although a bit unprofessional at times. The location, convenient just off Interstate 5, was not as appealing due to the small size of the hotel with some maintenance issues. The dining experience, particularly the breakfast, was good with a coupon discount for decent food, but there were some inconsistencies. Overall, it was an average stay with room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was wonderful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the staff was extremely helpful. The location was convenient for shopping and close to the interstate, offering a nice area for walking by the Sacramento River. The dining was good, especially before our cycling event organized by the local Lions Club. However, the facilities, specifically the tiny pool and broken irrigation systems, were a bit of a letdown.
The motel had super clean and spacious rooms with real bedding but reeked of smoke. The service was friendly and helpful, although the lady's appearance was a bit off. The location was convenient, just off Interstate 5, and near the Sacramento River area. The dining experience was good, and we received a discount coupon for their restaurant before our cycling event. The motel had fire pits and was very near the Lake Shasta area.
